Clearing paths in Syracuse
This year when we went to Great Grandma and Great Grandfather's house in Jamesville New York, we did a lot of path clearing especially on the other side of the road. Uncle Gabe, Grandma, Bute 2 and I. Would go down to the barn, get out the tractor and put it with saws, loppers, clippers, etc. Then we would pile in and drive across the road, up the hill over to the meadow on the other side. Then we would get out and some of us would lop off branches while someone else(usually Uncle Gabe) would go around mowing trails with the tractor. After doing about two or three trails, we would head home. The second day after our work Butes 2-4 and I went swimming in the pond it was freezing! We had a great time in Syracuse.
